High quality accessories

Strict quality control with the raw material and valve parts, to get an excellent combination solution with better quality and lower cost, which could ensure the service life of our valves with 30 years.

Balls

Roundness is one of the key factors to maintain the service life, our roundness is within 0.02mm, and roughness Ra below 0.04. Thickness of the ENP is no less than 75μm, hardness can achieve HV800-1000.

Seats

Ball seats are from DAKIN or 3M, and its sealing area is 3 times than normal ones.

Gearbox

Rotork and Sambo gearbox are available.

Preload structure

DADIO springs are adopted, to ensure the sealing effectiveness.
